In fact, being in a really good mood, I didn&#8217;t even want to sit down and write about depression, because it can be&#8230; <a href="http://dontdiecrying.com/2010/07/17/depression-lighten-the-fuck-up/" class="read_more">Read More</a></p> <span style="color:#777"> . . . &#8594; Read More: <a href="http://dontdiecrying.com/2010/07/17/depression-lighten-the-fuck-up/">Depression &#8211; Lighten the Fuck Up</a></span><p><a href="http://dontdiecrying.com/2010/07/17/depression-lighten-the-fuck-up/">Depression &#8211; Lighten the Fuck Up</a> is a post from: <a href="http://dontdiecrying.com">Depression, Anxiety, and Addiction</a></p>

<p>Major Depression affects 15 million people, or 7% of the U.S population <em>every year</em>. Translated, this effectively means that 1 in 14 people suffer at least 1 major <a class="zem_slink" title="Major depressive disorder" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Major_depressive_disorder">depressive episode</a> that lasts two weeks or more each year.
